There is a group of people that live in town, not to be named because they have escaped some bad shit back home overseas. My city sponsors a good amount of them to come here, and they come and get their licenses for the first time. BUT they are the absolute most inconsiderate, horrible drivers I have ever seen. And they do this CONSTANTLY. I saw one lady do this just this morning. Seems legit

Take your shovel out and pile the remaining snow in front and back. Dump some water on it if it's still below freezing up there to turn them into makeshift bollards.

When I was younger, and just starting to drive, we lived on a street with zero off-street parking. For the most part, the residents understood the unwritten rules of parallel parking. But every once in a while, you'd get dipshits like this. I get it; you're not very good at parallel parking. LEARN!

I can make a pretty educated guess at the race of this lady. It's weird they usually are rocking a 'Yota or a Benz.

Had a coworker bitching that they could afford a Benz until I showed him that the Benz in question can be had for under $10k then he shut up. This is the same coworker that was complaining that they didn't make AWD wagons ... he drives a Subaru Outback and is a life long Subaru owner.

Why not take the time to print out this picture and write a kind letter to your neighbours explaining the inconvenience they cause. They might just not realise that part of being a good neighbour is good street parking. You could even offer to give them parking lessons, if you're so inclined.
I have one or two neighbours who could use parking lessons, but they're locals, which means that I'd be better teaching a stray cat to parallel park properly. I can't properly explain why I feel this way, but if they were new arrivals, I suspect they'd be much more receptive to that sort of help.

I am sort of new to this hood, and am making friends with some of them. Maybe I will take this up when the weather warms up (and the parking situation is worse)
